The Cross-Cultural Communication/Understanding workshops as well as the Diversity Workshop are designed to help individuals recognize their own cultural values and how they are perceived by others. They learn different cultural values, norms, behaviors that empower them to understand and apply their understandings to their working environment. The workshops bring the perspective of cultural values to weigh heavily on the understanding of behavior patterns of employees in the workplace by using systematic processes that are result-oriented.
The management level workshops are designed to empower managers to do business and work with global leaders, and when necessary to relocate and function in their host country.
